“Mujirushi Ryohin” is a brand store chain which sells wide variety of goods with the brand concepts of minimalism, recycling and high quality.

The store is called “MUJI” for short, and the goods are including furniture, consumer goods, household appliance, clothing, food, stationery and cosmetics.

“Muji” means “no-logo” and “ryohin” means “good quality”, so the brand name itself expresses the concept.

The products and package design are so simple with no colorful picture on them but the simplicity has grabbed people’s hearts not only in Japan but in the world.

There are 300 locations in Japan, 47 in Europe, 42 in other Asian countries, 4 in America (New York).
