One of the Japan’s biggest ramen festivals, the Tokyo Ramen Show – 2014, will be held from October 24th through November 3rd. This highly anticipated event features a vast selection of ramen styles, from traditional presentations to new, dynamic approaches to this most Japanese of dishes.  Japan may not be a big country, but it’s still quite difficult to visit multiple regions just to sample their various ramen. However, at this ramen show, you can enjoy a spectacular variety of ramen..all in one place!. Venders shift in the first half and second half (over 40 vendors in all), so it might be a good idea to visit there twice, just to make sure you taste it all 😉

Ramen is one of my favorite foods! But I currently live in a small American city that doesn’t have true Japanese ramen shops 🙁 I wish I could visit this ramen show!!!
