One of the things that keep Japanese women beautiful is collagen.
In recent years, “collagen market” is widely spread in Japan.
Not only skincare or supplements industries, but also restaurants have succeeded with collagen food.
For example, they serve collagen nabe (hot pot with collagen jelly), collagen shabu-shabu (quickly dip and cook thin sliced meat into hot collagen soup) and pigs’ feet which is rich in collagen.
More surprisingly, there are even collagen sweets, such as chocolate, whipped creme, and caramel.
This is JAPAN Style!
