Japanese women think skincare is very important, and many of them spend a lot of money and time on it (maybe it’s common in the world).
Especially, they like to use the ones say “hydrating” because these lighten up skins and eliminate wrinkle.
In Japan, “liquid lotion” is very popular; it can be the most commonly used skincare here.
In English it’s called “toner” but it’s more like to hydrate skins and not be wiped after applied.
It’s used before applying milky lotion or gel moisturizer.
Because “liquid lotion” is a common skincare, every skincare brand produces it in Japan; even foreign companies produce one for Japanese market.
The one in the picture is “Hada-sui” from SHISEIDO.
