Game arcades are very popular in Japan.

One of the reasons why game arcades are popular is that the game companies such as KONAMI, SEGA, CAPCOM, NAMCO, and TAITO always come up with new unique games to release for the gamers.
The recent popular games are including, Taiko-no-tatsujin (Japanese Drum Game), FINAL FURLONG (Jockey game), Quiz Magic Academy (Quiz game).
