Game arcades are very popular in Japan.

Not only kids but also adults like to play with arcade games; in Japan, after work business men in suits are often seen at game arcades.

One of the reasons why game arcades are popular is that the game companies such as KONAMI, SEGA, CAPCOM, NAMCO, and TAITO always come up with new unique games to release for the gamers.

The recent popular games are including, Taiko-no-tatsujin (Japanese Drum Game), FINAL FURLONG (Jockey game), Quiz Magic Academy (Quiz game).

They are “compete-able” games, just like once popular, Dance Dance Revolution, many players take time and get skill to be the number one player.
