As you know already, we Japanese love sushi very very much!
Usually, sushi is expensive at traditional restaurants but Kaiten-zushi (sushi-go-round) restaurants serve good sushi at cheaper price.
Kaiten-zushi means “conveyor belt sushi.”
The sushi are placed on a conveyor belt which rotates and passes by every seats in the restaurant.
Customers can pick whatever they want to eat, and if they can’t find what they want, there are chefs to take order.
Not only sushi, but are there deserts, soups, and seasonal food are rotating in the Kaiten-zushi restaurants.
Most places have hot tea faucets on the tables, and you can drink tea as much as you want.
