Numerous plant pots in the world but these pots must be strange to you.

These plant pots found in front of a shop in Japan are RAIN BOOTS!

Because the shop itself is sophisticated, those rain boots look natural and cool.

Like these rain boots, used tennis shoes, high heels or leather boots can be transformed into artistic plant pots too.

This picture was taken at the agriculture center in Nagoya, [W:Aichi Prefecture].

Daikon (daikon radish) is planted in a rain boot.

In Japan, we say “daikon ashi (daikon legs)” to describe thick fat legs.

This is the real “daikon ashi”(^_^)
