Panasonic announced they will release its new cordless double head steam iron “Caruru” on February 10 in Japan.
Caruru is designed like a rugby ball.
It’s symmetrical so that there is no trouble of ironing back and forth, and reduces the time required for ironing by about 20 percent.
Also steam comes out widely, so the user can steam a shirt evenly and quickly.
It’s already pre-released in Hong Kong and the United States last summer, and the sales of irons increased 1.9 times more compare to the previous year in both regions.
The price will be between 12,000 yen and 17,000 yen (132 to 187 US dollars).
