Harajuku, Tokyo, is famous for its fashion style.
The area is around the Harajuku station next to another fashion shopping area, Shibuya.
Harajuku fashion is very unique and very original.
The styles include gothic lolita, visual-kei, decora(neon colored futuristic style), and cosplayers.
Every weekend, young people dressed in Harajuku fashion hang out on the Jingu Bridge, which is a pedestrian bridge that connects Harajuku to the neighboring Meiji Shrine area.
Basically they get together to socialize but also some costumed bands perform music too.
Nowadays, many tourists come to see the costumed people, so it’s packed more than it used to be!
