Chicken nuggets, chicken strips, crispy and grilled chicken burgers…the classic McDonald’s chicken selections are many people’s favorites in the world. But those who are adventurous, and want to try something new, McDonald’s Japan always creates something new.
For example, in the regular side menu, they have “Shaka Shaka Chicken.” It is a piece of crispy fried chicken breast in a bag with a seasoning pouch, which you put over the chicken and shake in the bag. You can choose a flavor from cheese, black pepper, and lemon.
It depends on you whether the chicken is evenly seasoned, so you have to be a good chef.
In this autumn, McDonald’s Japan will release four new chicken sandwiches.
Cheese Fondue, German Sausage, Diavolo, and Carbonara.
What’s in the Sandwiches?
Cheese Fondue: grated cheese sprinkled bun, mozzarella cheese covered chicken breast, bacon, lettuce and extra cheese.
German Sausage: rye bun, lemon flavored fried chicken thigh, Bologna sausage, sauerkraut (sour cabbage), and mozzarella cheese.
Diavolo: grated cheese sprinkled bun, diavolo sauce covered chicken breast, bacon, cheddar cheese, and lettuce.
Carbonara: black pepper bun, cream sauce covered chicken breast, creamy scramble egg, bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
The carbonara one sounds breakfast sandwich but it is not! (^_^)
These burgers will be released at Japanese McDonald’s one by one from October 8. Which one would you have?
This is JAPAN Style!
