This is a tofu cream sauce recipe for those who watch their weights.

Ingredients
1 Block Soft Tofu
1/2 Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Consommé
1 tbs Olive oil
1tsp White Wine
1Bay Leaf
Salt and Pepper
Meat or Vegetable (Chicken, shrimp, bacon, mushroom or whatever you like)
Parmesan Cheese
Directions
1: Heat the oil and stir in minced garlic until fragrant.
2: Add the bay leaf, minced onion, and white wine. Cook until the onion softened, and then take the bay leaf out.
3: Put tofu, consommé, and the cooked onion in a food processor. Process it until the tofu gets smooth.
4: Cook whatever ingredient you want to put in the sauce. Add the sauce and cook until the sauce simmers. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
5: Toss cooked pasta into the sauce. Add some parmesan cheese if you like.
If it tastes too light, add shredded cheese to make it rich.
